To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service inbox, we will reply to you in 24 hours.
Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it was sent out and it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
We will be responsible or partly responsible for defective items within 7 days.
We do not accept any complaints or indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
No exchange or return on promotional items.

Heymarts is not liable for problems of the following:
Size doesn’t fit.
Customer’s subjective factors or just dislike the item.
Any cancellation on the order: please email us within 24 hours after placing the order, any cancellation after 24 hours will be charged with 30% restocking fee.
